Frequently Asked Questions
Not sure which lash service is the best for you? No problem! Our stylists will have a chance to talk to you about our 3 levels of Eyelash Extensions, tinting and perming options. After the consult, you and your lash stylist can choose the perfect date and time to receive the service, as it may not be available the same day.
What's the difference between tabbing and the extensions?
Tabbing is the process of applying clusters of lashes that only last for 4-5 days. They are laid on top of your natural lashes and help fill in gaps for those with more sparse lashes, giving you an extra full look. They're great for special events. Individual extensions are applied one extension to one of your natural lashes. They are more appropriate for daily wear - although they're certainly great for events too - and will last as long as your lash cycle does. With individual extensions, you have more options for customizing the length and thickness. We have lengths ranging from 8mm-17mm.
What's the difference between the Coy, Captivating and Catwalk sets and fills?
Within each of these sets and fills, we can use any length or thickness of lash. The difference between the sets refers mainly to the length of time needed to get you full. People with fewer lashes will need less time than those with thick, long lashes. The Coy full set is 1 hour and 15 minutes. The Captivating is 1 hour and 30 minutes. The Catwalk is 2 hours. For fills, the Coy is 30 minutes, the Captivating is 45 minutes, and the Catwalk is 60 minutes.

I've just had my first full set. How do I know how much time to book for a fill?
This depends on each person's lash cycle. Some will see more fall out than others depending on how rapid or slow their cycle is. For your first fill, the Captivating 45 minute fill is always a good choice. If you haven't had much fall out, we can always bump that time down to 30 minutes when you arrive.
What's the average lash cycle?
Each person's lash cycle is a little different. Some people's lashes shed at a faster pace than others. The average cycle is around six weeks, but your lashes fall out at different rates. It's not out of the ordinary to see one or two fall out one day and then not see more fall out for days.
Do I have to give my lashes a break sometimes?
As long as your extensions are properly applied, your lashes will remain strong. Our stylists are all trained extensively to keep your lashes healthy!
If I purchase RevitaLash, can I use that in conjunction with the extensions?
Absolutely. RevitaLash is perfectly safe to use on the lash extensions. They can actually extend the life of your extensions, keeping the hair in the folicle longer so that it can grow longer and stronger. We do recommend that you wait the 48 hour period after getting your fill or full set before applying the conditioners.
How do I clean my extensions?
We recommend that you brush the extensions out to keep them healthy. Some people like to run products such as baby shampoo through them in the shower to cleanse off any oils that might break down the glue sooner. Just make sure to avoid oil based products!
What is a lash lift?
A lash perm is similar in theory to a hair perm in that it curls your lashes! During the application, we curl your lashes to a roller and apply both a perm and setting lotion. It's a great process for those with long, straight lashes who want naturally curled lashes without having to take time out of their daily routine. We use a nourishing lotion at the end of the process so you leave with healthy, beautifully curled lashes. On average the perm lasts around 6-8 weeks, so say goodbye to your curler!
